Thanks to Paul Brady for teaching a wrestling clinic in aid of Aware.ie, a charity supporting people with Depression & Bipolar Disorder. We were teh 27th-stop on Paul’s journey around Ireland visiting various BJJ clubs across Ireland.
It was great to have so many on the mats, including those from other clubs, raising funds for such a good cause.
I know everyone had a fantastic time, and we all learnt some ? details to add to our takedown game. Thanks Paul!
