BJJ School Belfast is pleased to announce a seminar with Judo Black Belt Mark Montgomery on Wed Nov 27th 7.30 to 9:30pm at Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Carryduff.
Mark is a 6th degree Judo Black Belt with a competitive career spanning 26 years. Mark has been a British, Commonwealth & European Masters Champion and World Bronze Medallist in Judo. He also represented Northern Ireland at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi in Freestyle Wrestling and Greco Roman Wrestling, finishing in 5th Place in both disciplines. He also won the 2015 World Police & Fire Games in Washington in BJJ No-Gi. He has retired from senior international competition but continues to coach at local and national level.
This seminar is FREE for members, and £10 for non-members.
