Congrats to Michal Lelek who became BJJ School Belfast’s first blue belt! Michal has medalled at multiple national and international competitions, and has worked hard on his game over the last few months.
Belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) are not given out easy, or for time served, rather they are earned through hard work, technical proficiency and ability to spar against peers.
