Do you want to give BJJ a go in 2023? 

We have beginner-friendly classes every Monday and Thursday 7-8pm, with additional no-gi and open mats on alternate days. All our classes are led by experienced black belt instructors and the structured programme means you get a full education in BJJ, including self-defence, gi, no-gi and sport jiu-jitsu.

How much do classes cost?

Who is this class for?

 Are you a complete beginner over the age of 16 wanting to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? If the answer is YES then look no further than our introduction course.  This course is designed for those new to BJJ, and introduces participants to the fundamental techniques and tactics of Jiu Jitsu.  You’ll learn self-defence, sport BJJ and no-gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the watchful eyes of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt instructors.  It’s the perfect way to start your BJJ journey!

People say ‘I’ll start training martial arts once I get in shape’, but it’s only through training that you get in shape! 

Note: you must be 16+ plus to take part. If you’re under 18 years old you need parental permission.

Do I need a uniform?

No, shorts and t-shirt are fine!
